Funding for Your Club

Whether you need a few hundred pounds for new leotards or thousands for a new building, you need to:

• Decide what you need more money for
• Gain the support of other members of your club
• Have a clear plan of action
• Be realistic in your request
• Ensure that you can communicate your plan to other people

"We need more money" is the most common request from clubs and finding the right "pot of money" needn't be difficult. However we know that "nothing is for free" so the likelihood is that your club will need to have a clear action plan that identifies what you need the money for and evidence how "more money" will help your club to grow and develop.
